These terms and conditions contain important information about your participation in surveys conducted by or provision of data to Enabler ONE DWC-LLC (E1). You should read these terms and conditions carefully before answering any questions or submitting details in any form on our website or commencing a survey or participating in any promotion. Your access to this website and submission of any data in a form or survey will be governed by these terms.
Agreement for Usage of Site/Survey and Data:
By using this website or submitting your details in any form or answering any survey questions conducted by E1, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Participation. Links to the Terms and Privacy Policy appear on each form on our website to ensure participants can find them easily. These terms and conditions incorporate the E1 Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on this site.
We may change these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do, an amended version of these terms will be posted on the site. Your continued use of the site or participation in any survey or promotion after any changes are made to the terms will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
If you object to any changes to the terms, your only remedy is to discontinue your use of the site and participation in any survey or promotion. Further, post completion of survey or submission of any personal data, you have every right to reach out to E1 at info@enabler.one and request for deletion of your personal data from our records. Kindly note, that in case of request for deletion of data, you would not be eligible for any prizes, if any, and if request for deletion is made after collection of prize, then you shall be liable to return any prizes won in entirety.
Collection, Usage &Storage of Data:
All personal information (such as Name, Contact Number, Email Id, etc) you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy as reflected here. Your personal details will not be published on the site but may be used to communicate with you by E1 or its partners or clients for any research, marketing or selling purposes.
For activities such as surveys, you may be asked to share information on your business or business activities such as business processes, methodologies, marketing, partnerships, strategies and/or revenue.
Unless it is made explicitly clear prior to completing a survey or any other activity, respondents identities and individual responses will not be disclosed within any survey reports but the responses provided shall be used to create qualitative and insightful reports.
E1 can aggregate confidential information gathered from the surveys we conduct or data provided by you on our website and use this, together with other information known to us, to perform industry benchmarking and comparisons for the benefit of ourselves and our customers. We may also use this information for research, marketing, publishing and/or selling.
You understand and agree that the personal information may in appropriate circumstances reside and be processed outside United Arab Emirates and you agree that E1 or entity acting on its behalf shall be entitled to transfer and process personal information across country borders to such locations outside United Arab Emirates and for the purposes set out above.
E1 does not monitor your data or transmissions, yet, it may monitor accounts for system utilization. Upon any breach of this agreement, or inappropriate use of E1 services as determined by E1 in its sole discretion, E1 reserves the right to terminate your registration or disqualify your response. E1’s preferred course of action is to advise you of your inappropriate use or breach of this agreement and recommend any necessary corrective action.
Responsibility, Liability and Indemnity:
You are wholly responsible for your participation on the site and/or in any survey or promotion and you use the site at your own risk. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, and accept no liability in relation to, your use of the site, your conduct in connection with the site, or your participation in any survey or promotion (whether online or offline) in any circumstance.
You are solely responsible for content that you transmit or post via the site and in any survey. We disclaim all liability with respect to any content transmitted or posted on the site or provided in any survey.
E1 is not liable for any damages (including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental and exemplary) in the event that this site is unavailable to users (by virtue of interruption, suspension or termination) for any reason, including due to computer or communications link downtime attributable to malfunction, upgrades or preventative or remedial maintenance activities.
E1 will not be liable to users in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or inconsequential loss) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly because of services supplied by E1.
E1 will not be liable for any loss caused by the failure to complete the questionnaire or form. Users warrant that all information provided by them on the questionnaire or form is accurate and does not breach ant law or the rights of any person.
You agree to indemnify us for any loss, damage, cost or expense that we may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of or conduct in connection with the site or any survey, including any breach by you of the terms.
Copyrights & Intellectual Property:
You may not ‘frame’ or ‘mirror’ any materials or third party content contained on or accessible from the E1 site on any other server or internet based device without the express written authorization of E1. You may not sell or modify the material or reproduce, display, distribute, or otherwise use the material available on this website in any way for any public or commercial purpose
Enabler ONE, Channel Speak, and any partner/client logos reflected on our website, survey site or other micro sites or landing pages are trademarks of Enabler ONE DWC-LLC and its respective partners/clients. The site and all surveys are protected by International copyright and other intellectual property laws.
All personal data or survey responses once provided become the sole property of Enabler ONE DWC-LLC. You must obtain our express written permission to reproduce any part of the site or other intellectual property owned by us or to create a link to the site.
All users and respondents warrant that they have not relied on any representation made by E1 which has not been expressly stated in these terms and conditions or any engagement letter for the provision of specified services by E1. On lodging material, users indemnify E1 and its officers, employees and agents against any claim, demand, injury, direct or indirect damage, loss or cost, liability, right of action or claim for compensation in contract, under statute or in tort (including negligence) made against or suffered by any of those indemnified arising, in whole or in part, as a result of your application or response, or any activity that is expressed in these terms and conditions to be the responsibility of the user, or breach of these terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied representations and warranties which might apply in relation to your use of the site.
Prizes, Rewards, Promotions:
To be eligible for any prize win or avail any promotion offer, you need to provide your work email address, phone number as well as complete the survey/form in its entirety. The decision of E1 and/or its partners or clients (dependent on the type of promotion or reward being offered) is final. Prizes maybe given in the form of gift vouchers or cards or any gifts or any product/service offering as reflected on our site at the sole discretion of E1 and/or its partners/clients. Prize or promotion winners shall be announced on E1 and/or Channel Speak and/or our partner’s sites or via email communication directly to the concerned person/organization and it is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure collection of prize from E1 and/or its partners/clients.

Access to any other Internet site linked to this site is at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made in any third party advertisements or on any third party sites.
