- The client was looking at enhancing its SMB Channel landscape & enable an active channel ratio
 
The Objective
- Identify, connect & onboard atleast 30 SMB Channel Partners across MENA
 - Connect the new partners to pre-identified distributors in the region for further engagement
 - Launch distributor led promotions within the newly acquired partners to generate interest
 
The Enablement
							The Enabler ONE team:						
				- Conducted a Best Fit Analysis to identify best suited partners
 - Ran a Digital & Voice Campaign into the targeted channel database
 - Connected interested and positive partners with their identified distributors across the region
 - Registered and onboarded the connected partners on to the vendor’s partner program
 - Ran multiple distributor led promotions into the connected channel
 
The Outcome
- 40+ New Channel Partners were added to the eco-system
 - 3 Concurrent Channel Promotions were run into the new base resulting in certain quick wins & a healthy next quarter pipeline
