- Conducted a Best Fit Analysis to identify best suited partners
- Ran a Digital & Voice Campaign into the targeted channel database
- Organized & Conducted a series of Partner Recruitment webinars
- Connected interested new partners with the client’s channel team
The Outcome
- 100+ new interested partners were connected to the client
- 60+ of the connected partners were onboarded by the client during our project period
- Rest of the connects were still under discussion for onboarding
